Changed your mind? Unused physical items can come back within 30 days.

Short version: unused physical items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Digital codes and gift cards are final sale once sent.
What can be returned
- Physical items that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
- Items that arrived damaged or defective. Tell us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
What can't be returned
- Gift cards, eGift cards and digital codes (Babbel, Rosetta Stone, Norton, McAfee) once the code has been sent.
- Opened personal care items and supplements, for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
- Call +1 725-438-8195 or email support@grabtheproduct.com with your order reference (it starts with GP-).
- We will send return instructions and the address to ship to.
- Pack the item securely. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
Refunds
Once the return reaches Beechmont and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our mistake.
Exchanges
Want a different item instead? Tell us when you start the return and we will ship the new one as soon as the original is on its way back.
